Ruthless Prioritization
Not everything is urgent. I know what actually is, and I'll protect the team from everything that isn't. Someone has to be the adult in the room.

Radical Transparency
Bad news doesn't age well. I surface problems early, communicate clearly, and believe that a well-informed client is a happy client. Eventually.

Creative Partnership
Production isn't just logistics — it's problem-solving in service of the idea. I don't just ask "how much?" I ask "how might we?" and then figure out how much.

Calm Under Fire
When the timeline collapses, the budget shifts, and three stakeholders have conflicting notes — that's when I'm at my best. Panic is contagious. So is composure.
